She was not in attendance, but on a social media account she said, “Super excited to announce that on October 21 I will assume the role of City Manager for the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico! As I bid farewell to the wonderful people and friends I’ve made at MC Companies over the last 2 years, I’m very pleased to return to Sierra County, New Mexico, to serve that community again and be near my lifelong friends.”
Her Linkedin account states she is an office manager for MC Companies, a property management firm.

Mayor Pro-tem Edna Trager said the state requires them to bid for new legal services every four years and this RFP conformed to that requirement.
Charles Rennick had been the City’s attorney, “and has done a good job,” Trager said, “ but he’s in Santa Fe and this firm is in Las Cruces.”
